Hey girl!

Welcome to my site, vchilimanzi.com. I’m Vanessa, I’m a fashion, beauty and lifestyle blogger and Podcaster based in South Africa.

December 2015, I published my first blog post. In February 2017 I received my first trade exchange. In April 2018 I got my first paid collaboration. July of 2020 I self-published my first eBook, Influencer Guide.

Since my first blog post, I have worked with local and international brands which include, GH Mumm, Loreal, Zara, Miss Black Footwear, Johnson & Johnson and Comfort just to name a few. I have helped hundreds of Influencers get their first campaign using the very same email template I used to reach out to the first brand that agreed to a collaboration with me.

Here I share what I wear, beauty products I use, where I hang out, and what I get up to – life. If that’s your thing you will love it here. I hope you stick around and enjoy this journey with me.

  1. Hi Vi my 7 year old daughter is so in love with make up any tips and hints on what i should buy her??

    1. Heyy…I have a niece around that age as well and she also loves makeup:) I recommend lip gloss and maybe some mascara, and maybe a translucent powder. You wouldn’t want her to start having facial skin problems at her age. She has to grow up to a certain age. When she is mature enough to make the decision to start wearing full on makeup, then she can try foundations and all other pigmented products.
